Yesterday a storm blew in during the wee hours of the morning. It was dark and rainy all day. Then about 2am this morning it started to pour. I could hear the heavy rains pelting the roof. I waited for it to pass. An hour went by and then another and another. It rained like no other rain storm in a long time.
This is what it looks like in front of our house.
The hubby was up a whole lot earlier and said the water was running over the red curb in the photo. Emergency vehicles and city truck keep going up the canyon and the canyon is blocked to traffic. It was one helluva a rain storm and I hope everyone weathered it well.
